ITEM DESCRIPTION: Fine silver and sterling silver ring with snowflake obsidian and aquamarine stones. Size 7.5.
This ring is on honor of Kimberly Patricia Cope May 3, 1980 ~ December 27, 2020 (age 40).
The snowflake obsidian represents both the place she was born (Michigan) and the season she was taken away too soon (Winter). The aquamarine stone represents Kimberly's love for the holidays and is meant to stand out, like a little Easter egg, to bring some joy to the piece.
Lastly, the piece is as big as it is because I wanted it to be a statement. When looking at Kimberly's photos I was overwhelmed by her breathtaking presence and how she had that special spark to make you feel drawn to her. The ring needed to be as bold as she was.
